The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast is varied and the products are of very good quality. The sky bar is also very nice. The views are unique, the service and the music are excellent. EQ exceed my expectations and is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and the rooms and bathrooms are luxurious. I enjoyed the facilities (gym, spa, pool) and the many restaurants. The quality of the offerings were amazing. We actually spent more time at the hotel than we usually would since we felt so relaxed and loved that we had the space to just chill, enjoy views, drinks and food. We have stayed at other 5 star locations, however what is offered here is absolute 5 star service with real warmth from each person you meet along the way. Thank you to the many people who made our check in and out seamless (Izat), the breakfast team who remembered our names and what we liked and tailored their offerings for us with a smile. Nawi Fathi at Ebisu was excellent, and suggested courses which we loved. From start to end we had the experience we would have liked and this was the perfect way to end our 3 week Malaysian vacation.
