Situated right on the Nakiyama Slope of Happo One mountain, Marillen Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group features Austrian-style décor, carved wood furniture and a fireplace. Best location if wanting to ski Happo One. Great set up with a large drying room for all of your gear. We had a wonderful time, Bernd and the Marillen team were super helpful. Generous room size and great breakfast daily with views of the mountain.

The staff gave us an upgrade due to off-season, we loved our room which was more of a small apartment with plenty of space, smart-TV and small kitchen. Super comfortable bed and the view from the room overlooking mountain was great. Friendly staff, very helpful, offered to drive us to the busstation on our last day and was informative about skiing and everything. Very convenient just off the slopes. Recommend 10/10. Lovely restaurants in the town as well.

The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were picked up from the station, welcomed by a large sushi platter and then we could organise ski hire at the hotel. The room was very spacious and warm. The billiards and fire place were super cosy every night and the snacks made the trip easy. Also location is very close to Cherry pub and Echoland, so walking to dinner made the trip extra convenient. The breakfast in the morning and then being taken to the ski fields. Tatami, our host, was so generous with his time and kindness. We are a family of five.
