Our room was lovely, spacious and calm. We enjoyed the onsen and the complimentary coffee available post-onsen. The staff were really helpful with checking in and storing our luggage. We loved to walk on tatami everywhere. Osen facility was incredible with an amazing view. Breakfast was really generous with a lot of choices.

We got there by car so the parking spot was very important and it was just 2 minutes from the hotel. In the lobby we could get some snacks, soft drinks and so on for a small fee. A nice cafe was just walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and we got some good recommendations for our stay in Japan. The roof-top was a nice place to have a coffee and enjoy the breeze.

Hyatt Centric Kanazawa features a fitness centre, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Kanazawa. This 5-star hotel offers a bar. Hyatt Centric is a 3 minute walk from the Kanazawa train station. On exiting from the gantry, turn left and go through the exit along Starbucks. Take a left bend at another Starbucks and you can see the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor, right from the entrance to the lobby to the rooms, is fantastic. Room was surprisingly large and tastefully furnished. Because of its central location, it’s within walking distance to many attractions such as Kenrokuen gardens, Samurai district and Omicho market among others. Would stay here again! We had dinner on the 14th at the restaurant, very good food. Note: The staff are standing all the time from morning to evening for some reason, they should be allowed to sit when the can I feel.

Every room was placed from 31 to 36th floor and the hotel lobby was on 31th floor. Even if you have to take elevator twice to get in the room(1st floor to lobby on 31st floor and then room on 32nd floor or above), you could enjoy the magnificent view of Nagoya. Day and night view are remarkable and it was def worth it. Staff were kind and they were willing to help anytime.
