We dropped our luggage early and they provided the luggage storage. When we checked in, the luggage was already in the room which we super grateful (given that our luggage were quite heavy). The location was about 10mins away walking from Karuizawa station which make this hotel very convenient to get to the Shinkansen station. There is also public bath, laundry available at the hotel.
