They especially appreciated the fact that the hotel's location is just right where the tourist spots are, or at least a short walk away. There are many independent restaurants and shops down this road and you can avoid the crowds. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is new and decorated in the contemporary Japanese style and very pretty. Staff were very helpful and located items my daughter forgot with no fuss. I found the staff to be very professional and kind.

The aesthetic was beautiful & clean. Reception was very professional and polite. We didn't realize that Kamakura closes so early (we were assuming Tokyo hours >.<) and few restaurants seemed open past 8 pm – so appreciated the free late night snack of miso soup and onigiri.MariUnited States

Guys on the registration desk were super nice and helpful. Hostel was pretty new and clean, with bedsheets, towels and air conditioning. Beds in niches were clean and comfortable.
