Location - close enough to Narita station, within 1km walk to the old town street and Sensoji temple and possible to walk to the nearby Aeon (this is not the big AEON in Narita, but has necessities if you don't want to take a train to the big one)
Room is spacious enough for Japan, and they have shuttle to Narita airport. However, we had to catch an 8am flight, so unable to use the shuttle, but it's only 1-2 train stops to airport so all is good.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city.
Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.

This hotel is the perfect location if travelling on to another area in Japan. It is fantastic for a "stop over" sleep. Next visit we will stay a little longer and explore the hotel a bit better. Staff were fantastic and the free shuttle from the airport is fantastic as well.
Narita Tobu Airport Hotel had a free shuttle to the airport, JR station and local mall. We took the free shuttle to the mall in the evening which was easy to navigate and the free shuttle to the airport in the morning. We had the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of food with many different nationality dishes.
We booked a room with 4 single beds. The beds were firm but fine to sleep on. The bathroom had a bath.
The coin laundry washer and dryer were used along with the convenience store located on-site.
the location was wonderful. it's right across the street from a temple. If you ship your bags and ride in on the train, it's at the very end of the road. It was wonderful seeing all the stores I wanted to explore on my way to the hotel. It was also nice because they gave me a chance to walk a different route in the morning and come back in the afternoon. I chose this because they had a shuttle service to the train, which was very helpful as I was headed to the Narita airport and it was a short train ride away.
The best thing about this hotel was that is was located near Narita Airport. The 2nd best thing was the price. The lobby is very elegant and there was a convenience store there also. The room and property was very clean. The room size was actually very decent and not confining at all vs. the rooms in the city. The staff was great. Security was great- room key needed to access upper floors. Perfect place to stay if you do not want to hassle with the 1 hr + commute into the city when you arrive jet lagged.
Simple, clean and pleasant little hotel near the Narita stations, which connect directly with the airport and within walking distance from restaurants in the city. Glad I stayed here instead of the hotels in the airport area - those might have had a shuttle service but then in the evening you would not have been able to walk around, instead I walked to a very nice meal and a sense of the Saturday night vibe in town. Very nice breakfast in sunny common room.
I really liked this hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, and a nice view. Super friendly, English speaking staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. Nice calm surroundings; you can walk to the rice fields. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area, also Thai and Indian. You can also go to the spa (2 minutes walk from the hotel), which is nice. Note that in Japan, people with a tattoo are not allowed to enter the spa.
The hotel is very close to Narita airport. Their shuttle is available either way every 20min. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the ground level. Good breakfast between 6 am and 10 am.. mostly Japanese. The bagel and coffee at the Café downstairs are incredible. The hotel is surrounded by a forest.. you don't see that often in any of Tokyo's suburbs.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was not spectacular but tasty. The rooms are small, simple (almost spartan) and clean; good value for money if one just wants to stay a night close by the airport. The shuttle service to Narita Airport was working smoothly and arrived at the designated time (it services all terminals). In order to explore the city of Tokyo, this hotel is probably a bit far off.
I stay at this hotel every time I have to fly from Narita airport, the location and the shuttle bus service are very convenient. The front desk staff are exceptional, they are very helpful and remembered my family even after a year. The playroom and pool are perfect for guests traveling with small children. The price is very reasonable, I will obviously stay there again.
I stay at the Hilton across the street every month but decided to try Mystay as we always drive past it going to the Hilton. The hotel is nice, and the facilities are what you would expect for an airport hotel.
If price is an issue and this is your cheapest option, it's alright for a night or two. Otherwise, I'd recommend anywhere else in Narita.
I needed to find a room at midnight at the last second due to a flight cancellation but this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of convenience and services for getting to and from Narita. It had free airport shuttles, spacious rooms, a Costa Coffee and 7/11 downstairs. Late check-in with options for a late checkout if your flight is later.
We stayed here overnight due to a layover in Narita. Great location very close to the hotel, with free shuttle service. Took much longer from airport to hotel than back to airport. We arrived late and tired, so ordered room service which was incredible!
English speaking staff that were helpful throughout my stay. This is a good hotel to stay at if you have a flight out of Narita Airport the next day as it is close and you can also check out Narita City itself.
Easy access direct from Narita airport using hotel shuttle bus. Lovely room, restaurant wasn't open but convenience store in hotel had a great selection of hot and cold food for reasonable prices.
Near Narita Airport; the hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport. There was a convenience store and a souvenir shop inside the hotel for necessities and gifts. Buffet dining is available.
Very nice hotel close to Narita Airport. It has a shuttle bus that commutes every 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. There is also convenience store as well as all necessary things.
Free bus shuttle from the airport to hotel which has all the needed amenities. Free bus into the city center of Narita which was great to go see the temple and get some killer food!
This property has shuttle to Narita airport every 20 -30 minutes for free. room spacious and clean. One of recommend hotel to stay around Narita airport
