Really good and cheap hotel for a solo traveller. The room was just good size for me. Nice big tv. The public bath was great. I went every evening. I send my luggage the morning before check out and they arranged the sending to the next hotel. The luggage was there next day when I checked in. Really close to the station and the bus stops. I reserved all my acommodations in Kyoto, Tokio and Osaka in APA so it is nice to already know how everything works :) Design of the room is even same. Everything works great.

Location was perfect, a walking distance to the main Kyoto train station which is the hub for the bullet trains and haruka train to outskirts from Kyoto. Hotel offered daily complimentary drinks and we enjoyed the bubbles there. As for the restaurant VERY affordable restaurant in my entire Japan visit and the food was equally delicious and enough. The room was surprisingly specious enough compared to Tokyo rooms with a nice balcony

The breakfast was of high quality and everything I ate was delicious. Both Japanese and continental breakfast was offered. The coffee was good. The Hotel has great overall service and staff went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable.
