Beautiful private design, with traditional Japanese decoration in the lobby I truly thought I was staying in an art museum. All inclusive tea, coffee, beer, and sake (being my personal favorite) included, along with a complimentary breakfast of onigiri and miso soup, extremely friendly and helpful staff, stayed only a night due to a layover but more then worth it, included traditional Japanese pajama set was a nice touch truly everything you need besides your own personal cloths, truly a flight above any ordinary hotel.

I had to go to Tokyo for 2 days and stayed at this hotel for one night.
The place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe with the double lock and the flashlight in the room. Additionally, the hairdryer was top-notch, which is rare in many hotels. Area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of shops to explore.
Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and secure stay!

Location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from Kawasaki station and nearby shops like Don Quijote, should you need anything last minute. Beds are unique compared to other hotels. Rooms are small but that is mostly the norm with some hotels in Japan. There isn't much of a view but the room's uniqueness and modern design makes up for it. Only stayed one night but recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore Kawasaki area further.

It's not a beautiful city, but it's lively and convenient for visiting Tokyo and Yokohama. Some good shopping around the station area. A great safe nightlife with lots of places to eat (mainly yakiniku and yakitori – though it would have been possible to eat vegetarian)..

Kawasaki seems far but is really 1 stop from Shinagawa on the express trains which runs frequently. 4 stops on the regular train. It's just across from the Tamagawa river which separate Tokyo from Kanagawa.

A decent new hotel in great location next to big hub of public transportation (get on the right rapid train and you can get from Shimbashi station (Ginza) back to hotel within 14min) and huge mall. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I’ll return so many times to Japan due to how wonderful Japan is, and the people. Especially at this hotel: at check in I mistakenly paid JPY300K instead of JPY30K but Mr. Kikuchi at reception kindly gave me back ¥270K. I was and I am soo impressed and thankful to Mr. Kikuchi 🙏. Then at check out I forgot my iPad in the room. When I came back in the evening to get my stored suitcase, the hotel returned it to me while I still didn’t know I’ve left it in room. Thank you so much to the housekeeper of my room. Staff performance at Metropolitan Kawasaki deserve all the brightest stars in the sky 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Kawasaki is pretty peaceful considering how close it is to the big city. I had a local craft beer served by the very brewer, the local izakayas and ramen shops all seemed friendly and delicious. I would happily go back, for more beer and ramen.

One of the great place to stay, not too far from HND airport, shopping malls, restaurants, discount stores convenience store, etc. It is easy to reach by any train either JR Kawasaki or Keikyu Kawasaki.
The best onsen hotel close to Haneda airport. Brilliant breakfast, free mini ramen at night, rare and effective natural black onsen with a lot of minerals, and ice cream and yakuruto is free to enjoy after onsen experience! And, did I mention about the Manga library and high tech massage chairs? Honestly, there were so much to do here, we didn't want to leave!
It’s in Kawasaki and only one stop from Yokohama, and close to Haneda. I think it’s an ideal place to be based for sightseeing in Tokyo.
After initial concerns about the quality of the room (it is a bit old and grumpy; the low rating on the booking doesn't add the appeal for this pace), it turned out to be okay, especially for the price. If you need a hotel to sleep in and if you're on a budget but at the same time want your own space, not the hostel style, I would say it is a good option, considering that all other hotels around this area start at least 11k for two (including the discount from booking).
We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The room, staff, breakfast buffet...they were all really excellent. The breakfast was very big with a variety of different foods. We have three kids, and they all found things they loved. That's very rare.
We also appreciated the male concierge at the hotel. We didn't get his name, but he went out of his way to help us get tickets to a Japan Women's Basketball League game. It made our visit that much more memorable.
This is probably not the newest hotel in Kawasaki but that doesn't affect its service quality...
Affordable price, clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff, accessibility of additional services (such as laundromat) and a great location near the rail and bus station (only 5 min of walk).
They also offer to keep your luggage after the checkout, until you leave town.
Definitely a great stay.
The location is close to the train station, grocery stores, and a shopping center. The bed is comfortable and there is a relatively large desk, compared to most business hotels, for working or just putting your stuff. Check-in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 11:00, which is better than most hotels with a similar price.
A very professional polished hotel close to the station with cafe and restaurant. Good size room and superb bathroom. I ordered a taxi to the airport and this was handled very well with the staff accompanying me to the taxi in the underground parking area.
This hotel is very close to Kawasaki JR station and also Keikyu Kawasaki station where convenient to get to Haneda Airport line. In addition, there are a lot of different types of shops and restaurants near by. The hotel room is also super clean.
I like the superb location very much. It is only 5 minutes walk to Kawasaki Station. We can buy any daily needs in the mall near the hotel. The housekeeping staff is good. She did cleaning well.
I get the room with city view...that is great...
Great value hotel, Spacious, clean, close to airport with convenient free shuttle bus. Overnight stay with morning flight went very smoothly with a nice restaurant meal to finish off our holiday on a high.
Room is spacious comparing with hotels in Japan. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is accessible to everything: stations, restaurants, combinis, supermarkets..
the hotel is good and nice, 500m to train station , highly recommend , friendly staff and good location nearby there is mybasket (supermart) and many food to eat
great view from the room (river), nice blankets (not too warm, not too light), breakfast, shuttle to the airport & Kawasaki station. The room of a decent size.
Located only a short walk from multiple stations. Room was larger than expected for a Japanese hotel. Very friendly staff and super clean as you would expect
