Situated in the centre of the lively Playa del Inglés resort, the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from a 6 km stretch of beach that extends up to Maspalomas.

The property exceeded my expectations, the hotel is way bigger than I thought it would be. The staff are all so friendly and really hard working each and every one of them in particular Clara she was fantastic from checking us in to helping us with the bus timetable and showing us all the hotspots on the island . The hotel has 3 swimming pools (1 big pool the main one, 1 smaller and 1 kids paddle pool) the hotel rooms are modern and very spacious the hotel is SPOTLESSLY clean!
They have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant buffet style but there are options for everyone and I between the meal times and all throughout the day they have a pool snack bar which is stocked with pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, chips and fresh fruits and pastries.
The 24 hour snack bar is basic but good enough for a “snack” sandwiches and cakes but you won’t ever go hungry that’s for sure!
Best hotel I have stayed in Europe and I was surprised at how well they do all inclusive. Already looking at booking another stay in a few months. Value for money is 10/10 and the fact this property is only rated a 3 star is crazy very very least should be a 4 star.

If you come to Playa del Ingles you have to remember it's...
If you come to Playa del Ingles you have to remember it's not only a beach holiday but also one of Europe's largest gay nightlife scenes. So if your offended by camp, drag queens, leather guys, pride festivals and so on book a 1* static caravan in Prestatyn instead. If your not you're welcome, and welcomed. Some great venues for everybody of whatever sexuality, identity and age et al. There are some men only venues and let's be honest if you not a gay or bi man then you'd rather not want to know so just move on and likewise outside the Yumbo area there are straight swingers clubs.

Have been visiting for many years and has an all year round good climate. Some areas are now looking a bit tired and there are many empty shops in the various shopping centres. The Kasbah has closed down completely and is derelict. Many of the hotels are a long way from the beach so a pool and sunbeds is really required.

Relaxed and informal resort with lots of places to eat at...
Relaxed and informal resort with lots of places to eat at various price levels and plenty of bars ranging from pubs to swish cocktail bars.
Clientele is mixed British/European with a large LGBT community.
It is not a pretty resort - pretty much everything is concrete but softened by lots of trees. Many places are in unattractive concrete shopping centres dating back to the 1980s.
Prices are generally good and get better if you head up to San Fernando in the Spanish speaking part of town where there are lots more lovely restaurants and big supermarkets.
Everywhere is very easy to walk and the resort is on a slight incline down to the sea.
There is an excellent bus service which takes you around the island for just a few euros and is definitely worth exploring.
Walk along the seafront to San Agustin is recommended and there are some high end shops in the Faro (lighthouse) area of town which is about 15 minutes bus ride away.

Mostly purpose built for tourism so there's plenty of accommodation available - shop around. Ample bars, restaurants, many with entertainment at night. You could just stay in PDI but I'd recommend renting a car and go visit other towns and villages around the island - there are some real gems, such as Agaete, Teror, Puerto de Mogan, Charco de la Aldea, to name a few.

Near to shops and restaurants and bars.
Near to shops and restaurants and bars. Only complaint we had was that the footpaths were dangerous. The pavements were shiny and slippery (in the dry weather), in some places they were uneven and I saw a lady slip and fall.

Playa del Ingles: you either love it or hate it.
Playa del Ingles: you either love it or hate it. We are somewhere in between: it is useful that there are all kinds of facilities, but it is far from authentic, everything is made for tourists, only tourists stay there, to find an original 'local' you have to search for a long time . On the other hand, it is a sunny place and a good base for going inland, towards the mountains and canyons of San Bartelomé, Santa Lucia, Roque Nublo, etc.

I have one of the best holidays in this hotel. It is not located in the ocean side, however there were daily free transfers to Playa del Inglés and Charca de Maspalomas. The suite was spacious with a big bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony (table, chairs and sunbeds). There was a separate pool and dining area with Royal Level guests. Food was exquisite and a wide range so everyone is able to choose. The staff at the restaurant is simply amazing. I would recommend the place 100% and happy to go back in the future.
Location was perfectly located near beaches and center of playa del ingles. Short walk of 5 minutes! Hotel was always clean and well maintained. Loved the pool area and rooftop sunbathing terrace! Breakfast was amazing, so much choice! From fresh smoothies to an omelette station and all options you can think of. Would defiantly come back and recommend! The Mexican next door was one of my favourites.
Good location. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff throughout. Good sized rooms, large & comfortable beds and good housekeeping. Lovely Christmas day gala dinner and superb New Year Eve gala dinner - all staff pulled out all of the stops on both occasions to make for a memorable evening. All inclusive bar drinks much better than often experienced at other AI hotels. Will definitely stay again.
The staff was very kind, especially the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady.
I never had all inclusive before, but here it was great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lot of variaty and in between you could order at the bar at the pool, like hamburgers, sandwiches and fries.
Usually I have problems sleeping in hotels because of the bed and pillow quality. But here they are good.
The hotel is very well located next to bus stations, beach and shops. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful and so are the rest of the meals. Very good drinks at very reasonable prices. The staff always smiling and doing their best to make you feel excellent. Also the hotel and the amenities are very clean and the garden is simply magnificent.
Just completed a week here with my daughter and can say with ease, it was the best all inclusive hotel I've been to and I've been to a lot over the years. The food was fantastic, staff friendly and approachable. Room was comfortable and a lovely 10 minutes from the beach. Would definitely recommend and would be back xx
The best hotel in Playa. Kindness from all the staff (it is now a rare thing in hotels in Playa del Ingles), and when I asked for a reservation change they were all available in a short time. in particular thanks to LUIS at the reception who was quick, clear and professional in helping me, a true professional.
Excellent hotel with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Gran Canaria.
The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, the pool is fantastic and there are lots of activities for when you want to stay in.
I can only recommend this hotel for its incredible value.
The hotel was over booked, but they moved us to the royal level side, which was really nice of the staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We even got to check in early since we were both sick which so extra points on that.
Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of hot and cold food. Pastries etc. Great coffee.
Omelettes etc made to order.
Hotel is in a fab location next to Yumbo centre which is what I wanted. Even though it was so close it was very quiet at night.
By far the best part of this stay was the hotel staff. Starting from the reception and ending with the cleaning ladies, everyone was smiling, communicative and helpful. In particular, we remember fondly: Daniel, Maryc and Dayama from the reception.
The hotel has nice amenities, the swimming pool is good but not so many sunbeds available around the pool area. The food is ok but the snacks were rather unhealthy. Drinks are good and all inclusive prices were great.
I think it's good compromise: low price and good location in one of the most touristic place in Gran Canaria, the quality is a good reflection of this.
Staff was really nice at all times.
Best place to stay in Playa del Ingles.
Last time in Gran Canaria 40 and 20 years ago.
Everything was same ( Yumbo, restaurant’s)
I was so glad I found something new and fresh😊
Really nice property and exeptionally tasty food! We had the feeling the hotel hired the best cooks from Gran Canaria to only serve their restaurant :-D
Staff was super friendly!
A very pleasant visit. Staff very helpful and dealt with issues very quickly. Clean environment in all areas. Food at a good standard for All Inclusive.
