Love the location, the station was nearby , its right around the corner to a family mart,7eleven,McDonald’s, a grocery store just a few minutes away & more. The room itself was clean & beds were comfortable. Staff was quick to respond when i needed something , property is secure bcs you need the key to get in unless you know someone & they open the door for you, washer & kitchen was just a plus. Dishes provided & overall was just an excellent stay.

This is by far the best place we've stayed in so far. The place was impeccably clean and the location is excellent. The room is relatively big compared to other accommodations in Japan. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The location was good and near the train station. Some restaurants around for breakfast and dinner. Convenience stores are also around that area. WIFI was OK. A big great thing was Washing Machine and Drying Fan in the toilet that worked very well. They also have the iron for us to use (need to call them to bring to the room).

There is everything you need in the room. The room is very new. Bed are so comfy. The nearest station(Shin-imamiya station) is just about 3-5 minutes walk, which is super easy to drag many baggages to the room.

However, when I saw future prices (for the same time I was there) I was astounded at the difference. Washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus and mini kitchenette - small, compact but perfect for a short stay in Osaka.

The futon was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. The area was also very quiet, which was a plus. However, the place was a bit tricky to find, so I highly recommend watching the guide video they provide. I think we will book here again. The stay was very affordable, and we were completely satisfied.

Clean, spacious, no strange smell and very well managed, I enjoyed the stay very much and the location is awesome: park, beautiful river, big supermarket, convenience stores and train stations (to Osaka or Kyoto) are all within 5-min walk!
