loved staying here, and would stay here again. Be aware this is a very simple accommodation. If you accept its simplicity, then it cannot be faulted. Communicaiton with management was very good, they do not seak English but are extremely helpful and we managed well with a translation app. I was given a large room on the top floor, with a comfortabkle double bed, clean linen, small but functional bathroom, and working aircondition. The room has no TV or fridge or kettle, but there is a shared kitchen which is quite well equipped. Wifi worked great. It is next to a busy road but noise levels are tolerable with the window closed ( I had no problem to study), and importantly, I also had a small desk. The room was much nicer than first impressions and the reception area/building site. The nearest tram stop with a pleasant supermarket and deli is 130m away, and the A Bomb Museum is 5min walk away, Urakami Station for local trains about 10min walk, and if you take a highway bus it is only 300m to the nearest stop. I paid significantly less than in all my other Nagasaki accommodations and was very comfortable here.
