The restaurant within was great too, the chef and staff made sure I tried traditional regional dishes and I loved them! Highly recommend Chalet Queen for staying in Canazei, and to travel around Dolomites.

This is a nice family run hotel, the staff is very nice. We have booked the junior sweet, the size was perfect. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. You get three options to choose for dinner the night before. There is a market close by. We didn't use the closest ski slopes and there is a 8-10 minutes drive to get to the closest one connected to dolomiti superski area. Ski bus stop is 50 m from the hotel.

We loved everything about Hotel Platz! Such a charming unexpected delight, so close to Ortisei and Val Gardenia! The food and staff were exceptional~ always a delicious breakfast and dinner, w a warm welcome from staff. They couldn’t do enough for you! We definitely plan to make Platz part of our plans when we travel again! And the views!! Incredible! Each day, they put together a little daily menu, which included hiking trails in the area~ just wonderful! We will be back!

Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. WOW! I rented the tent and was amazing overall at the facilities here. The Spa is hands down the best I have ever been to. The breakfast the best breakfast buffet. and had an amazing 5-star steak dinner with a nice wine. The whole concept is a bit odd - luxury caravan park, but I am VERY HAPPY!! Great start or finish to any hike nearby.
