The property was completely renovated - it was extremely clean, simple but stylishly decorated. The beds and linens were of an excellent quality and the bathroom was wonderfully. The room had a view onto a lovely enclosed garden with olive trees, which we could use. Family run with care and thought. Pleasant communication.

Objekat Sunset 221 Cagliari je smešten u gradu Kaljari, na 38 km od znamenitosti Nora Archaeological Site i 19 min. hoda od znamenitosti Molentargius - Saline Natural Park. Travelling with 3 other players of the Swiss Gateball team, we were surprised that the 'hotel' was actually an apartment with three bedrooms, which was initially a surprise which turned into a very happy surprise. All three rooms had 'ensuite' and there was a kitchen which was well stocked for breakfast. It was located close to the sports stadium where we played, and easy walk into town. When leaving the owner's assistant drove one of the friends very early morning to the airport, and was annoyed when we said we had booked a taxi for the the following morning. It was a pleasure to stay there and we were very well received by the owner.

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The rooms were very nice and clean with big comfy beds and equipped with coffee machine, cattle, TV, A/C etc.

Easy check-in, good communication w/Laura. Comfy bed. Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

Objekat Magnini Rooms je smešten u gradu Kaljari, na 2,5 km od znamenitosti Plaža Spiaggia di Giorgino, a u ponudi ima klimatizovane smeštajne jedinice i zajednički salon. The room was stylish and was immaculately clean. It seemed like it had been newly decorated. It's a modern room in an old historic building in a fantastic location. The staff we met (owners?) were really kind and lovely. Bottled water, coffee and snacks were included. Make sure you phone to let them know what time you're arriving. I had sent an SMS with our expected arrival time (as requested) but we ended up being late so there was no-one there to greet us. If I was to stay again, I would call and let them know. This is not a criticism as the staff were fantastic and were there in five minutes.
