The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Hrana vrhunska, vse sveže, imajo svojo zelenjavo, postrežejo lokalne dobrote, za zajtrk smo dobili poleg vse klasike še "jajca po meri". Sobe so zelo okusno in kakovostno urejene, dobri masivni materiali in čisto za 5 zvezdic. Priporočam!

Gorgeous view with beautifull sunset every evening. The Italian hosts were fantastic. 3 out of 4 evenings we had dinner there. Delicious red wine and the homemade truffle pasta was to die for!
