Nespresso coffee maker with Nespresso capsules (including decaffeinated) replenished daily, 10. Metro station in 10-15 minutes casual walk through Dubai Marina, 11. A supermarket ("Carrefour") on the ground floor, which works 24/7, 12. A liquor store ("African + Eastern") nearby (you only need your passport to buy alcohol as a tourist), 13. A lot of restaurants around with reasonable prices - you can even bargain (at least I've got hookah for 40dhs when it was 100dhs by the menu. And if you order any food, you can get hookah for free). The flat is located on the 35th floor at the Paramount Hotel Midtown with amazing views on Burj Khalifa from the balcony and Burj Al Arab / Sea from the living room. The flat is privately-owned and is managed separately. It has its own kitchen. The personal managing the property are very respectful and responsive. The infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel is mind-blowing. I can't wait to go back there again .
